Thank you Just Geek IT for the hard work. Our business was a stand still because of our server crashed. Just Geek IT was onsite in 30 minutes and had us back up running.

We had a very bad situation with our website. It was hacked and we had no access to it. Just Geek IT remoted in and had our site up with in 15 minutes and set up security protocol to insure it never happened again.

We found these guys on Atascocita.com.  Great find.  We called them up for a computer hard drive problem.  The hard drive was dead.  They replaced the hard drive and restored the data all in the same day.  Really great price where others were wanting a lot more money.  We will use again.

Just Geek IT was call early in the morning on Feb 12th 2017.  We were having issues with our order taking computer and needed computer repair in baytown tx asap.  We didn’t have time to have it sent off by Best Buy.  The tech was here within 40 minutes and even had an extra hard drive with him.  She installed the new hard drive and restored our backup from MozyPro.  We were only down for 1 hour.  Their prices were great!  Thanks Just Geek IT .

I went to their office with a laptop that was overheating. I expected to be without my laptop for a couple days. I received a call about an hour later saying it was ready to be picked up. Turns out the fan inside had collected so much dust that it was causing the laptop to overheat. They removed the dust and it works great again. We were so impressed we then took our desktop which was diagnosed with a bad motherboard by another repair place. Just Geek IT quickly diagnosed it with having faulty memory. In one day we got two computers fixed. The staff were great and honest. They definitely know what they are doing. Chris was a great tech and provided great customer service. We will use them now for all of our computer needs.

A few months ago, while searching for a computer repair shop in the Humble area, I found Just Geek IT. It was a great find: they are professional, quick and affordable.
